I rather not introduce a new level of greifing that would end in older players always picking on new players that will be equated to can baiting newbs outside the starter station which last I checked is a bannable offense.

The point of the ninja industry is that new players flying frigates get to make older players (flying faction-fit battleships) cry. It wouldn't be funny the other way around, and few people would do it.
uhm, whats to stop the older players from doing it? If its goonswarmable dont give them another cookie.

1) Newbies can't run level 4 missions
still doesnt asnwer the question whats to stop 20 pirates from getting into your mission and killing/harassing mission runners? or better yet killing/harassing the wanna be ninja newbies you proclaim who are doing this in the first place?

Also if your idea where possible good luck getting any faction standings increases, every system where that be possible would be camped to hell and these greifers will try to make you fail the mission and lose more faction standings.

Confirmed you neither understand game mechanics nor have ever tried ninja salvaging.
Edit: Please inform us how, if newbies don't run level 4 missions, mission-stealing is going to victimize newbies?
Confirmed this guy knows alot less than I do.
1 Failing Story Line mission decreases faction standing
2 When a mission is flagged complete in the journal when the objective is either killed or reached, the mission objects do not respawn.
3 Currently anyone can cause it to flag as is already, just finding the right mission to screw over is not that common.
4 Several Missions do have the 'attack' secondaries or 'spawn next wave to attack second target' triggers. This is how I killed that last ninja who decided to try to get revenge for his panther, he lost his tempest which couldnt tank me and the npcs at the same time.
5 Story Line missions are typically issued in one system for anyone running missions of that level for that company in that area.
6 Story Line missions are limited in variety, their locations dont oftenly change between types.
7 Most story line mission systems are vacant of any other good mission offering agents.
8 Congradualtions newbies run level 1 2 and 3 missions, all can be crashed on by far older and more experinced players, how is a lvl 1 rookie frigate going to compete with an interceptor pilot or stealth bomber (which should be a non issue since the intial missile rebuild that resulted in the SB nerf)
9 If newbies are constantly denied thier ability to complete level 1 missions theyll never graduate to lvl 2 missions or it would be a far longer frustatingly longer path.
10 FAILING a mission is a MASSIVE standings hit, two three or four of these can instantly degrade your status down to another agent.
11 As a casual player in a busy area, I know enough about probing down mission sites to the point I know how not to get probed down within a mission.
12 During my employment with EXE, Probing down stuff was ALL I did.
13 I know enough about probing down a mission site to get revenge on a player for all the trouble he caused me in my earlier days, when he least exptected it.
And I'll share a protips with you about comming up with new ideas. Think long and hard and from about every angle from @#$@hole to angel about the extremities of the idea, if its something you may have to nerf later on, its a bad idea. This one falls into the @$#^hole category and nerfing it would only upset the community that built it up in the first place.

Thanks for the list of 13 completely useless and irrelevant points that do not add to the discussion.
The game mechanics you don't understand are regarding ninja salvaging. You announced that (a) there are no ninja salvagers in eve because ninja salvaging is not feasible, and (b) if a ninja salvager baits you into shooting him, he will come back with 20 corpmates to gank you. You are wrong on both points. Your point (b) displays a profound ignorance of aggression mechanics.
Confirms the guy is very ignorant, doesnt properly interpet what I have to say and hasnt played the game from every possible angle because he just misquoted me and then countered with a well known lie.
Damage Corperate Property Flags you to the entire corp. Learn to FLAG.
